This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
We just submitted our application to be converted to a group. Which is awesome! And while groups is still in beta, it really is a very cool thing to have to play with. So...hold on, while we get transitioned over!
Hey, not sure where the best place would be to leave a personal announcement, but anyway:
A friend of mine (who I met through dA) and I are considering meeting in Berkeley on a weekly basis to hang out and take time to draw in our sketchpads. We haven't quite established this yet or made it a routine, but I'd like to put that out there in case anyone in the Bay Area would be interested in this sort of thing.
If you're interested, please send me a NOTE so I can keep track of who's responded. Thanks! : )
